Needing to rehome two tabby cats

I need to rehome two tabby cats. Both are neutered and spayed. They are one years old. Bureaus are both 4-11-2021. They are up to date on vaccines but they expire next month. They are both playful and very well behaved. Waffles is the male and pancake is a female. Pancake is very clingy and love affection. Waffles is very cuddly and love to sleep being cuddled. I also have one free extra large cat tree, 4 food bowls, one small watered and one large 2.5 gallon waterer a big bag of cat food and a litter Mat. First come first served with the free items. Rehoming fee of $20 for each cat or negotiable.
