I felt so sorry for this dog.. It was during the down pour today and it was acting very lost and trying to cross State St. near the 7 11 or whatever and I think a closed bank.. I pulled over and that made him stay on his side and he turned and went back down toward the neighborhood. Sorry, no picture, it all happened in just a second.. Let me know if he is safe! Please!
