Apartment and Residential Maintenance Technician. Duties include but are not limited to: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, general knowledge of HVAC systems, grounds work, light landscaping, pool maintenance, pool opening and closing procedures, unit turns, maintenance order for repairs and emergencies, and special projects. Maintenance, upkeep and repair of grounds as well as units. Some work day travel to other properties on occasions.
