There are also a variety of responsibilities that the team is required to fulfill before we depart for each event. General Cleaning and Breakdown of work areas, team effort to ensure the Food Truck. While the Roles are not overly complex, we are Operating on a Food Truck with Limited Space so Spatial Awareness is Key and can be challenging as we are Cooking in the South Florida Heat. The Food Truck is Strategically Ventilated and has Air Conditioning and Fans to Cool Down. Staying Hydrated is Always Highly Recommended.
