Hello - LOOKING FOR A RHYTHM GUITARIST/KEYBOARDIST TO COMPLETE A LINE-UP. The material is largely written and is essentially dance music, with an increasing emphasis on electronic experimentation despite being a largely 'acoustic' band at the moment. The demos are very multilayered and we'd like to be able to recreate as much live as possible. Influences include Kraftwerk, Tatsuro Yamashita, and Everything Everything - increasingly modeling our sound around DJ sets with some sonic experimentation a la Arca/Arthur Russell. You'll cover the rhythm guitar parts and 'pianos'. Vocal ability is not required but is a plus. We have a large practice space available at no cost. Commitment level at this time is relatively low. The scene is saturated with man-dominant groups; we feel that we should be as diverse as our intended audience. Not being a man is a major plus. FYI we're in our early 20s.
