Description
Permanent position opening in Clifton Springs for a US Mail Contractor with the Postal Service. Class D with delivery experience needed. This is a split shift position, 1.25 hours in the morning, and 2.0 hours in the afternoon. Monday-Saturday 19.5 hours weekly. Saturday availability is a must. $24.57 per hour plus $ 5.32 for fringe benefits. 11 paid holidays and 2 weeks’ vacation after 1 year. This is NOT a 1099 job, and you operate our vehicle. Must be dependable and able to lift 70lbs and be physically able to move wheeled carts on and off the truck. Must have a clean license (some violations accepted) and be able to pass a background check by the USPS Inspection Service. DOT drug testing and DOT physical card is required. We are willing to split the shifts/weeks if you have a friend or relative looking to supplement their income! Flexible: 3 + 3 days or 4 + 2 days or even split the am & pm runs.
