Job Description: Exterior Porter/Janitor Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for an Exterior Porter to support The Parks Mall in Arlington. Pay Rate: $17.00/ Hourly Available Shift: FT-PT & weekend availability. CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean/maintain property grounds Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas.) Perform other general cleaning duties as needed. Experience in pressure washing preffered. POSITION REQUIEMENTS Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
