Stodtmeister Iron is a structural, ornamental, and architectural Iron Fabrication company. We have been in business since 1977 and are continuing to grow! We are a very busy locally owned shop that is in immediate need for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team. Responsibilities  Perform and supervise sub-assembly operations including receiving, saw cutting, plasma Cutting, material forming, and inventory management.  Manage and stage materials to ensure a steady flow of parts to other fabrication departments.  Keep work areas organized and clean using 5S principles.  Manage preventative maintenance on existing Machinery.  Ensure all operations completed according to safety standards.  Manage continuous improvements on all processes.  Supervise at least one employee. Qualifications  Supervision  Lean Manufacturing  5S  Preventative Maintenance  Experience on the following machinery: o Hebo o CNC Plasma Cutter o Tilt Head Bandsaw o Piranha o Forklifts (oversee maintenance) BENEFITS (after probation): -Medical insurance - company paid -Dental / Vision insurance -401k -PTO -Paid holidays Shift hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday with possible overtime Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: 24.00 – 28.00
