Retired married couple seeks one worker with a truck that is current on tags and insurance, and one who hasn’t been incarcerated for at least 10 years. Studio space with private area close to Home Depot, for barter trade as this would not be a conventional landlord/tenant agreement. May even include storage space for your tools if that appeals to you. You’d get all your work done the first week of the month, but when/If you’re not able to fulfill your commitment then you’d move out that same week, no notice required from either party. There is enough work here for you to live rent free for about a year. The first job would be a end of summer yard clean up with dump run. 2nd job would be to cut, haul and stack two chords of firewood. The 3rd job is a shingles roof replacement. Other small jobs basic plumbing and electrical knowledge. Truck owner preference & willing to wait since a truck is necessary for most of these jobs. Upfront refundable cash deposit (less cleaning) required of $450 (can take pmts) plus $150 cash needs to be paid towards monthly Wi-Fi/utilities above any work you do. To keep the peace no vicious dog breeds, no company permitted ever, nor substances that include tobacco or liquor would ever be permitted on the property ~please~ make sure you can agree to these terms before responding because there is no room for negotiations on these key issues {aka peace destroyers}. This arrangement is best suited for 1) a mature adult 2) with Rock solid Faith 3) who appreciates peace, quiet and solitude, 4) preference for a long term arrangement, and 5) who believes DJT won!
