JOHNSTON, RI — The Johnston Police Department is seeking information regarding a pedestrian hit and run that occurred early Tuesday morning. The incident took place at approximately 12:45 a.m. on Putnam Pike. Police are asking for the public's help identifying or locating the vehicle involved in the hit and run. "Evidence recovered on scene included motor vehicle parts, believed to be from a silver or champagne colored four door Honda Accord with tinted windows," said the Johnston Police Department in a Facebook post.
