If you're interested in applying for the role, you can check it out here: HireArt is helping the world’s largest social network hire a Program Coordinator (Legal and Compliance) to manage the administrative aspects of its clients' projects (as well as its own), track/monitor the progress of these projects with regards to deadlines/needs, assist in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicate frequently with team members/management. In this role, you'll act as an operational consultant to execute learning processes for legal/compliance training to meet legal, regulatory, and audit requirements. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both strategic and tactical work, seeks to drive and optimize processes, and is passionate about scaling learning and development at an enterprise level. As a  Program Coordinator (Legal and Compliance), you will: Coordinate schedules and deadlines on all deliverables.Assist in monitoring the progress of various teams.Coordinate client support efforts.Prepare progress and planning documentation when necessary.Attend all client and staff meetings pertaining to various projects.Analyze and provide recommendations to address existing problems.Support the internal Legal community by driving impact through collaborative working relationships.Provide clear and constant communication and escalate issues in a timely manner.Maintain project plan and complete operational processes and deliverables to help ensure effective, trouble-free e-Learn and in-person course launches to the targeted audiences.Document and provide course deployment requirements (e.g. reoccurrence) which informs the correct course configurations and assignment of course curriculums.Draft and maintain course playbooks, key deployment changes, course requirements, and other standard operating procedure documents.Develop and document effective course communication escalation strategies to help drive compliance course completions.Create/manage complex VILT global training demand forecasts for multiple programs across various internal/external vendors.Work cross-functional teams (e.g. people operations, engineering, people insights, and legal data) to root cause potential Learning Management Systems reporting, or learner support issues.
