Drywall, Taping and Mudding: Basement

I have a basement (abt 750 sq ft) that is partially finished. Its already framed and drywall is up on about 50% of it. I need drywall up on the remaining sets of walls. Very few strange corners, mainly just need to hang it and get it to finished state (no painting). Bonus if you can help with putting in dropped ceiling.
