I Need Help Removing Fence Pickets from Fence Rails

I have a number of fence sections I want to remove the pickets from to be used for craft projects (Bird Houses), and I need help removing the pickets and prepping the wood (removing nails, cutting the boards to size). I have at l east 2-3 days of work. Pay is $10/hour and I have all the tools needed. Carpentry experience is a real plus. If you are looking to pick up some side work and are a hard worker, I can use your help. My property is on Sawdust Road in Spring next to the Hobby Lobby.
