Location: Houston Heights 77008 I'm looking for a reliable, professional craftsman that I can take on for ongoing residential renovation projects. The ideal candidate would be someone who is skilled in the following: - Flooring and Flooring Repair - Framing and Framing Repair - Door Installation - Window Framing & Installation - Cabinetry Install - Deck Building - Other skills would be a plus, but not required at all Some of the qualities I'm looking for in a candidate would be: - Professional & Reliable - Great attitude - Willing to learn and to teach others - Valid DL - Attention to detail and quality - 5 years minimum experience - Able to lift 50lbs or more - Bilingual in Spanish and English This is an opportunity to work with an investor who can keep you busy year round.
