Experienced Carpenter We are looking for a hard-working and reliable carpenter to join our team as soon as possible. You will perform tasks involving physical labor, commercial construction projects and safely operating a variety of hand and power tools. Job Responsibilities: • Perform general construction duties as directed by the Lead and/or General Superintendent • Adhere to all company safety requirements • General laborer and handyman duties including but not limited to demolition, rough and finish carpentry, drywall installation, drywall patching and repair, minor plumbing and electrical, cabinet installation, final cleaning, caulking, painting, all types of flooring, etc. • Prepare, maintain safe and clean job sites • Clean up debris and remove waste materials • Operate equipment including power tools, saws, lifts, skid steers, wheelbarrows, broom, etc. • Create and maintain safety barriers, run errands and haul materials • Other tasks as assigned by the Superintendent and/or Lead Compensation: • DOE • Health Insurance • Retirement with Employer Contributions • Paid Vacation Please include contact information
