LOOKING TO HIRE: Warehouse Worker for small family run business located in Hamden, CT. We sell industrial hardware and shop supplies to car dealerships. Warehouse Worker Requirements/Qualifications: - High School diploma - Valid Driver’s License - Good moral character - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Physically strong, ability to lift heavy objects for unloading, loading, put away and shipping - Work experience as general laborer, previous warehouse experience a plus - Good organizational and time-management skills - Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance Warehouse worker Job Description: - Welcoming delivery trucks - Loading and unloading delivery vehicles - Accepting delivery of inventory - Counting and confirming inventory received - Preparing orders for shipment - Marking and labeling stock - Supporting all areas of the warehouse as needed - Make deliveries to local customers Benefits - Part-time/full-time - Competitive Pay - Company Retirement Savings Plan - Paid time off plus Holidays Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30-12:30/1:30 but may vary with the right fit.
