Looking for a Team Lead Manager whom will work along and closely with our team to motivate and lead a staff of aprox 15+ employees to provide our customers with a great expectations. Must be a motivated person whom has experience in strong leadership to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly while ensuring that all tasks are completed fully, and that all employees are following company procedures. This is a afternoon/night shift. NO Weekends! We are ONLY looking for a responsible, Dedicated individual that has a GREAT work history whom will be able to work Afternoon/Nights. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. No criminal history. Management experience preferred but willing to train the right qualified person. Must have Great interpersonal skills.
