Join us for a very special Happy Sol painting class with the local artist Natalia Cardona Puerta @natsandme on Wednesday, August 3 at 3pm! 🎨🌞🖌️ During this afternoon arts + crafts workshop Natalia will work 1-on-1 with participants to help them explore color, have fun playing with paint, and create their own wooden cutout Happy Sol face to bring happiness and warmth home with them! We’ll provide the materials, guidance in both Spanish and English with lots of love and laughter. You bring your excitement to play with paint! Natalia is the artist behind our latest mural in the shop, a bilingual story time host, and a cherished friend of the shop! What is the Sol? You might have noticed it smiling in the shop! The Sol is a trademark character in Natalia’s colorful artwork and a permanent presence in our newest mural, bringing bright sunshine to gloomy days and a glow to our hearts.
