Local Italian restaurants are bringing their award-winning sauces to DeBartolo Commons at Southern Park Mall for a Sunday Sauce Showdown. On Sunday, August 21 at 2pm you are invited to cast your vote for your favorite pasta in the Valley! Donavito's Restaurant and Catering, Double Bogey's Bar & Grill, Carchedi's Café, Combine Brothers, Papa GeGe's Italian Villa, Papa's Italian Specialty, Lariccia's Italian Marketplace, Tino's Italian Kitchen and Woodland Cellars are bringing several different sauces to compete for the Best of the Valley! Greene Eagle Winery, L’Uva Bella and Woodland Cellars will be sampling wine. The Avanti Band will be playing authentic Italian music! Tickets include a sample of each restaurants' pasta, three wine samples from each winery and lots of fun! Ticket proceeds will benefit Potential Development School in Youngstown. Bring some cash!
