Celebrate the end of the season for ThornCreek Winery & Garden's third annual Summer Gala. This year, ThornCreek is adoring its nationally awarded gardens with even more lights as you will be dazzled by beautiful hanging lanterns throughout. An enchanting evening will be filled with live music, fine dining and dancing. 7:00PM - You will arrive red carpet style with a champagne greeting. Explore the illuminated gardens and hanging lanterns during cocktail hour, mingle with other guests and be serendaed by the award-winning Stellare Strings. This is a great time for photographs, cocktails and starting your weekend off in style. Passed Hors D'Oeuvres Include: Bias Cucumber Rounds filled with whipped Boursin and fresh chives Sundried tomato marinated shrimp with roasted garlic aioli Herb chicken tenderloins wrapped with basil and prosciutto ham Negamaki-Beef Tenderloin wrapped around grilled scallions with a Teryaki glaze 8:00PM - Dinner is Served Salad Station - Bibb Lettuce topped with fresh cut strawberries, sunflower seeds, and goat cheese. Topped with a champagne vinaigrette. Flatbread Station - Caprese flatbread with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and a balsamic reduction. Pasta Station - Orecchiette pasta served with artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, and blistered cherry tomatoes. Served with a fresh pesto. Chicken Station - Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese and served atop a bed of swiss chard. Served with a peach chutney. Beef Station - Slow briased boneless beef short rib served atop a fingerling potato and roasted corn salad. Topped with a fresh chimichurri sauce. Sweet Endings - Singature Line Finger Pastries - Decorative and delightful to say the least! Our pastry chef will prepare a variety of hand crafted gourmet finger pastries.
