1yo fixed rex/harlequin mix bunny

I am having to rehome my 1 year old, 5lb neutered male rabbit. He is a rex/harlequin mix and very soft. He is litter trained and was fixed young so no spraying. He has been to a vet within the past few months and is in good health. He has a notch in his ear and nose from his previous home. He is extremely affectionate and loves to groom you, and warms up very quickly and will do plenty of flops and binkies. He will run to greet you when you get home and wait for attention. He eats hay, pellets, and various veggies and sometimes fruit as a treat. A small rehoming fee applies, and you will get his carrier, water dish, litter box, blanket, toys, and food (pellets plus a bag of hay and any treats I have).
