Description
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage daily activities of all janitorial employees; which includes overall management of personnel including staffing, employee relations, evaluations, recruitment, training, payroll, and related matters
Promote quality housekeeping initiatives by conducting inspections, attending safety control meetings, implementing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service concerns
Responsible for payroll management, supply budgets, and equipment inventories
Ensure that all work performed under his/her Management is done in a timely and cost-effective manner and in accordance with applicable codes
Establish, implement, and manage periodic janitorial schedules and procedures
Ensure that all operations are compliant with all federal, state, and local laws
Ensure that janitorial procedures are compliant with the expectations of the customer’s Quality Assurance Team
Remaining actively involved in more efficient service technologies
Develops, proposes, and manages Special Projects and other related duties as requested and needed
Develops, reports, and presents monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, including Safety Performance, Key Performance Indicators, Continuous Improvements, Project Statuses, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Have at least three years of cleaning contract management experience within the last five years in an airport environment
Experience managing 100+ janitorial employees
Work well in a high visibility environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Productively work in a demanding environment while balancing multiple priorities
Proficiency with MS Office
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and capable of extensive bending, stooping, stretching, pushing, and carrying
Bilingual helpful

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
