Our bar and restaurant business owns and operates 3 properties in the bay area. We are looking for a skilled person with handyman skills, great organization and work ethic to join our rapidly growing team to be the anchor of our facilities. This person will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of each site, and ensure each location remains in great condition. Construction/Trade/Handyman background Technical savy or experience Ability to work various hours including nights, weekends and holidays Ability to read architechtural plans Valid Drivers License Bi lingual ($1/hr bonus) This job will include the following duties: Preparing properties for operation: CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND HIGHLY DESIRED! Moving heavy equipment to and from storage Repairs and installation of equipment, lighting, cables, cords Receiving deliveries Painting, drywall repair Weekly walk through of each venue to ensure perfect performance During Service Hours (Friday & Saturday Nights usually 11pm-3am) Keeping a clean and organized environment Set up venues for specific service Check bathrooms frequently for cleanliness and supply replenishments Mop & Sweep to keep facility clean throughout service Empty garbage & recycling
