Our dog needs a new home

Hello, we are looking to recommend our dog. He is mixed w/chihuahua and something else im not sure he is a medium sized dog. Very friendly super playful and has a lot of energy. We live in an apartment and our landlord is making us get "rid" of him I do not want to take him to a shelter. Just looking for a good home for him. I won't be asking for a rehoming fee only because he is not fixed nor does he have any of his shots. I just want to make sure he ends up in a good home with good people.
