Female Dog to Rehome

We have a female dog that needs to go to a good home. She is friendly, very sweet towards us but does have caution around people she doesn’t know. I don’t know the exact breed, but I believe it’s a bichon and Yorker. The owners before us said she was fixed, but that turned out to be a lie. I would prefer she have a closed in yard, or a lot of space for her to roam around, as she has issues going to the bathroom. There is a small rehoming fee.
