Field Technicians- SC Well Drillers/Geoprobe Operators –Field Geologist ***To be based out of our Greer, SC Office Field Technicians--SC Well Drillers- Geoprobe Operator—Field Geologist- Sampling Experience- SCDHEC Work Experience A Growing SC Environmental/ Engineering Services Company and with several offices in SC. We specialize in Groundwater Remediation, Site Assessments, Well Drilling, Geoprobe Services, etc. We are Now Seeking the following Positions: **Well Driller/ Geoprobe Operators- SC Well Driller License, (Level D or higher) a Plus!! **” Field Technicians” and “Field Geologist” with the potential to grow into the Roles of "Site Supervisor", "Project Manager", etc... *We also have a Great Working Environment and “Willing to Train the Right Person”!!! Pay Rate: Depending on Experience and Qualifications!! Travel: We do travel to all Job Sites, which are mainly in SC and Home most of the time. Travel Expenses are Paid Hours/Shifts: Typical Work Week: Monday- Thursday with 10hrs to 14hrs + plus a day, as required. We normally work in Teams or 2 to 3 people. Description of Training: Training will be Provided for each Job. Education/Requirements: *HS Diploma, GED, or at least with Good Math and Communication Skills. *Valid Driver's License (CDL Not Required but is a plus)- No Major Violations in past 3 years. Decent Driving Record *Physical Requirements: Work outdoors (Heat and Cold, etc.). Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Skills/Education (preferred): *Mechanical aptitude; Experience Operating, Geoprobe Rig, Drill Rig, Basic Construction Machinery- Small engine, Hydraulics, and Good Mechanical Abilities a Plus!! *Ability to Read Basic Maps, Field Notes, etc. We Start each week Driving to Job Sites in mainly Upstate SC. We Load up Trailers, Equipment, Tools, Trucks, etc. We then drive All Type Trucks including Ford F450, F-550’s Trucks, with Trailers and Equipment and Supplies to jobs. We work up to 10 to 14+ hour days outside. The work includes lifting, carrying hoses, pump, and operating all types of equipment.
