Welcome to a fun and friendly aerial yoga class with myself, Instructor Zee! If this is your first class, do not be intimidated. We always move at a beginner friendly level and develop from there. My class is a space for empowerment and healing, therefore I have a strict no negativity policy! Please, come ready to flow, be free, and cultivate a beautiful practice.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE CLASS:
-NO FULL STOMACHS (Light/small meal 40 minutes prior)
-NO LOOSE CLOTHING
-NO THIN CLOTHING, WEAR THICK COMPRESSION GARMENTS
-NO JEWELRY AT ALL
-BAREFOOT PREFERRED
-TAKES 2 TO 3 WEEKS OF CONDITIONING TO FIND EASE WITH PRESSURE EXPERIENCED FROM SLINGS AND INVERSIONS
MATS, SLINGS, PROPS AND GOOD VIBES PROVIDED. THIS IS A JUDGMENT FREE, FRIENDLY SPACE FOR RELAXATION, RELEASE, AND HEALING.
