WHAT: A members-only small-group dinner* with ILYPNs special guest and 12 peers. Join us for a lively discussion on working in the White House and Congress, career planning, and Latinx DEI experts. WHO: Lorenzo Olvera, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for the Saint Alphonsus Health System, helps develop an evidence- based rationale and strategy for DEI, which includes implementing a multi-year actionable roadmap and key measures in alignment with the health system’s values, mission, and objectives. Olvera also has over 15 years of experience in public policy and government. He most recently served as the Director of the Senate Diversity Initiative in the office of the Majority Leader, Senator Chuck Schumer.
