*For all fitness levels but this class in particular is designed to welcome people new to F45 to a class designed for beginners and those wanting to get back into fitness. This is a smaller class with more one on one coaching opportunities.
*Please come 15 minutes early if this is your first time to our studio to sign waivers
*Sweat towel mandatory, please also bring a water bottle
*Please cancel your reservation if you are unable to make it. We have limited spots available.
