Come join Chef Carmen for a Cooking/Nutrition Workshop at the AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina Wellness & Opportunity Center in Greenville, NC! Chef Carmen will introduce herself and tell us her "why" while also reviewing some food safety tips, and of course some cooking demonstrations! Limit 6 participants per class.
