I’m renting out almost half of my 1100 square ft garage. This is a working metal shop so please be mindful there is sparks flying around, machinery noise and some dust. $300 a month utilities included. Access to slop sink and 220v outlet. Would be great for another small scale metal worker, motorcycle builder, welder etc. There is no bathroom but I have plans of building an outhouse here.
