Educating our children on health and wellness is important and the earlier we stress the importance of healthy habits, the more it will be ingrained and implemented into their lifestyles as they grow older. By teaching our kids to understand all aspects of their wellness, and to make being well a priority, we are setting them up for better success in everything they do. During this workshop we will focus on these wellness topics for kids; 1. Nurturing Healthy Eaters 2. Provide Healthy Beverages & Snacks 3. Get kids moving 4. Reducing screen time 5. Freebies, surprise and more! Whether you’re looking to help your child manage stress better, learn about nutrition, teach them about the benefits of exercise, or educate them on what kids’ wellness means, I’ve got tips to help!
