Homecoming: Sensing Your Sensations is the first step to returning to yourself. We spend a lot of time in our heads for better and for worse, and while our minds speak in thoughts and feelings our body relies on us to interpret its sensations.
It can be hard to be with yourself but this workshop is the start you need to build the capacity necessary to avoid overwhelm, feel what you need, and start to view the world through your intuition.
In this two hour workshop you will begin the fundamental learning of sitting with the sensations of your body. We will take the time to allow our sensations to manifest and to observe them in real time. We will feel into what is loud and feel into what is soft. Feel into what is difficult and feel into what is easy. We will check in with all of our body to begin understanding what we are “feeling” for. All without judgement or the need to change and alter. This is the start of coming home to yourself.
