Shared Imaginal Practice is done in small groups of 3 and is a non-hierarchical relational practice. In it you are exploring the imaginal realm together and opening the door to being deeply in touch with the full force of the subconscious realm.
It has been described as being akin to dreaming while you are awake - it brings awareness and presence to an often new or unexplored part of people’s experience and creates space for more radical acceptance and relaxation into the truth and depth of the present moment.
It's also really fun!
Would you like to help make this event happen? Volunteers show up early to unlock the door, make sure the tea is all ready to go, and stay late to turn off the lights and lock up. Fill out the alembic volunteer form and we'll be in touch with you.
Rosa Lewis is a mystic and meditation teacher. Her teaching combines Buddhist emptiness, shadow work, tantric embodiment, the archetypal realm, mysticism and a radically new way of relating to heartfulness.
She enjoys creating practices that simultaneously guide people towards more clarity and precision of experience while also softening into the presence of the moment.
Her approach to spirituality involves healing the trauma or embracing the darkness that exists in all of us while also helping people uncover and nourish whatever it is that most wants to come alive in their beings, in order to create more joyful presence in the world.
