Small Dog, Needs New Home

Ember is a Pom Mix approx 7 years old. She is very sweet. She loves to lay on the couch next to you and will turn over so you can pet and scratch her belly. She's pretty mellow except for about 5 minutes spirts a couple times a day, where she plays with a toy and wants you to toss it for her but after the 5 or so minutes til she is done. She is ok with cats. Ember will harass them a little but then leaves them alone. She may want to play with them for a moment but that's about it. Our cat just ignores her. She doesn't do well with other dogs though. If the other dog is mellow, then she might be ok but if the other dog is too overwhelming then she gets very defensive, upset and will fight or run away and hide. She stays in her kennel off and on. She sleeps in it at night and also when home alone. She does have accidents in the house at times. So needs to be supervised. She loves going on walks and being out in the back yard just hanging out. She will run away if she get the opportunity so she needs to be in a fenced yard. She barks when someone comes to the door likes most smaller dogs seem to do. I really need to find a great place for her. She has to go to a loving home that will take great care of her or I will just keep her with me.
