As you know, our industry is facing a downward spiral of friction that requires getting on the same page. The best way to reduce our workload and burnout is by improving our working relationships, resulting in better client experiences and ultimately, loving our jobs again. Essentially, everyone has had to adopt new workflows over the last two years and we are having to relearn what it looks like to work together. To turn this around, we as Wedding Pros are going to have to pause and prioritize coming together, despite drowning in our calendars. To make this as easy and as organized as possible, Amber has created a structure that allows local markets to gather and talk about this openly through a panel discussion.
