Rehoming this cocker spaniel I rescued. He was in a neglecting home and I picked him up however seeing as he is not house trained I can’t keep him in my apartment. I really have no info on him just want someone to give him a chance. Must pick up latest by Thursday. Low rehoming of 2oo to ensure he goes to a good home.
