Home Improvement company looking for a super motivated Project Manager that is Bilingual in American/Spanish. This is a commission based position and requires you to have a vehicle, a phone, and great customer service. This position will require you to be able estimate any remodeling and home improvement jobs. Take pictures, write accurate notes. This position requires you to have or be able to create a list of subcontractors who are ready, able, and willing to get projects completed on time. Schedule all subcontractors, check work materials/equipment, make sure projects are completed before schedule. The “PM” will have to meet with potential clients to estimate so you must have “ChickFilA” customer service, excellent grooming, and reliable vehicle. The “PM” will be given uniforms, Phone for work if needed, and magnets for truck/car. This position pays 50% of profits after overhead and taxes on each project.
