This course is designed to be interactive and fun! No previous experience is required.
Making sushi from scratch is easier than it looks as long as you know the proper techniques and have the motivation to roll sushi. Asking questions is encouraged to better prepare you to make sushi on your own. This class is so fun that next thing you know you have made yourself 3 beautiful and delicious sushi rolls!
The first roll you’ll learn is california roll made with crab, avocado, and cream cheese.
The 2nd roll is spicy tuna. Roasted sesame seeds will be sprinkled on the rice before the bed of rice is flipped over. We will flavor the tuna with sriracha and green onions. We will have different seasoning options if you’d like to make your roll more appealing. Don’t like raw tuna? You will have the option to use soft shelled crab meat!
The 3rd roll is going to be shrimp tempura. You can make the roll as plain as you’d like OR you can choose different toppings and sauces of your choice!
You can modify the ingredients on the rolls that you will be making. From not spicy, medium spicy, or very spicy. You don’t like cream cheese? Great News! You don’t have to add it!
