Join us for our fun Mommy and Me class! This class is for parents and their kiddos age 2-6. It is being led by Phoenix and her 4 yr old Ripley. This class is being held at Mystic Rose in Addison, NY from 10am-11:30am. This class is to help build a nature and magical based foundation for our little ones. We will learn through breathing, movement, visualization, creativity, and mantras. This class is donation based with a suggested donation of $3-5. Questions?
