Hello everyone! I am looking to start up a cardio kickboxing group fitness class, open to the public. I am happy to teach for free the first couple of classes, but will eventually need to start charging ~$5 per person. I am a former amateur boxer, have been personal training for 6 years, and teaching classes for 5. I am well versed in delivering a fun, intense workout that accommodates all levels of fitness. No equipment is necessary, let’s just meet in the grass near the vegetable garden at Leroy Haagen park. The tentative start time is 9:00am. The plan is to start this Saturday, as long as I get at least 2 participant confirmations. From there, hopefully we can have a regular, weekly Saturday class!
