The Project Manager will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Responsibilities:• Audit projects to ensure accuracy for submission via Salesforce• Spearhead continued communication of project status to crew and customer• Assign jobs to crew and ensure all project requirements are in place to meet all company standards• Analyze, communicate and resolve issues to achieve project goals• Recommends processes, procedures, and tools for overall production improvement, quality, and value.• Performs quality control check on completed builds and updates job file in Salesforce• Implementing and enforcing all safety requirements through the life cycle of each projectRequirements:• Good understanding of residential roofing applications and materials• Strong attention to detail, and good follow-through• Self-motivated and highly goal-oriented• Ability to climb a ladder and walk roofs (flat to 9/12 pitch)• Construction experience preferred, but not required• Knowledge of construction OSHA requirements helpful• Excel at time management• Maintain the integrity of the Company• Ability to lead and train PI186850958
