Greenhouse Phase 3 - Building

This is phase 3 of a greenhouse building project located at a beautiful ranch in George West, Texas. Depending on your commute you may be compensated with a room in Alice, Texas (30 mile commute by foreman who will be staying on site). This will be a 5 to 6 man team that will be finishing up the interior black out system, end walls, vent system, horizontal air fans, and other building details needed to get this system operational by phase 4. Bring boots, heat resistant clothing, sun protection, water bottles, and tools. (gloves, eye protection, drill with basic hardware). The specialty tools will be provided. It will be required to have team meetings at the hotel prior to going to site (30 minute commute). You can opt to stay in the hotel. Breakfast and on site beverages will be provided. The schedule of work will follow. 8/8 - Monday 5:30AM game plan/breakfast 6:30AM Site Arrival Time 2:00PM End time and end of work shift - Check into hotel if applicable. 6:00PM - 8:30PM Second Shift and dinner will be provided 8/9 Tuesday 5:30AM game plan/breakfast 6:30AM Site Arrival Time 2:00PM End time and end of work shift - Check into hotel if applicable. 6:00PM - 8:30PM Second Shift and dinner will be provided 8/10 Wednesday 5:30AM game plan/breakfast 6:30AM Site Arrival Time2:00PM End time and end of work shift - Check into hotel if applicable.6:00PM - 8:30PM Second Shift and dinner will be provided 8/11 Thursday 5:30AM game plan/breakfast 6:30AM Site Arrival Time2:00PM End time and end of work shift - Check into hotel if applicable.6:00PM - 8:30PM Second Shift and dinner will be provided 8/12 Friday 5:30AM game plan/breakfast 6:30AM Site Arrival Time2:00PM End time and end of work shift. Pay will be mailed out through certified mail the following Monday. It is hot and requires physical labor but this is a rare opportunity to learn about greenhouse agriculture in Texas and work with a crew installing multiple a year. It is a drug free work place that will require a drug test upon incident. The land is private property and hard work is expected until completion. Job Types: Temporary, Contract Pay: $125.00 per day
