I've purchased a home that needs a good amount of clean-up and a full refresh on paint and floors. I'm looking for the following providers with this scope of work.
- Demo and labor work (2-3 days of work) - I need 1-2 people to help me remove old furniture, take out some of the kitchen cabinets, remove some built-in cabinets, remove some light fixtures and most window coverings.
- Interior painting - we have about 3,600 sqft 5 bed, 4 bath home that needs to the full interior painted. The previous owners were heavy smokers, so I understand there is going to a good amount of work to this job. There are two rooms with wallpaper that need to be removed and painted. Every ceiling and wall will need a fresh paint. Also, I'm looking to have the kitchen cabinets prepped and painted as well. I'd prefer a professional paint crew for this job, but I'm open to assembling a few experienced people to get the job done.
- Floors - we need to rip up about 2,500 sqft of carpet and replace most of it with a light wood laminate floor and some carpet in the bedrooms downstairs. We also need the kitchen tile ripped up and the same wood laminate set to replace it. Depending on pricing, we might retile the bathrooms.
- Window cleaning - we need all the windows professionally cleaned throughout the house.
