Need a "Master" Electrician for Design

I need to find a Master Electrician to help me design a solution for my new home. Must have knowledge of Solar, Battery Backup, Generators, and be able to draw a schematic of it all on a computer. If your friends call you "Yoda" or "Master" then you are probably who I am looking for. 😁. If you don't have experience with all of the above, please do not respond. I will need your help with the design and to oversee the installation. If you also want to bid on some of the work, that is fine. I can pay about $5K just for the design and consulting.
