Absentee landlord is looking for a dependable, communicative, professional person who can help me show a currently-occupied single family home to prospective tenants on an as-scheduled basis.
I can advertise, pre-screen, and qualify applicants -- Need someone on-site to show the house, identify any things at the property that will need cleaning/repairs/attention post-move-out, reinspect pre-move-in, email/text me photos as needed, install a lockbox for the cleaning crew, do keys handoffs, etc. Most showings will be scheduled in a 90-minute window on weekends, but may need occasional showings at other times as requested. Candidate can ideally can help me with other projects in the future.
Real estate licensee is preferred. Pays $35/hr plus a $250 bonus on successfully completed rental.
The house is in Chandler, in the Cooper Commons HOA near Gilbert Road and Riggs.
