Looking for window install/ block repair / painter

Hi, I have two windows that were not installed correctly by a handyman so looking for someone that does windows for a living and charges and reasonable fee. I will need the block work fixed where an old wall ac was and maybe a sill or some kind of work added. If one of these is your everyday speciality let me know. I went the handyman route for speed and that did not turn out good. I am also looking for a painter moving forward. I want a painter who’s primary work is painting and drywall. Someone that can do touch up, interior and exterior paints, wood staining, knows how to do things correctly and efficiently. I am a realtor so I have jobs of my own and would pass your phone number out to clients so you must be trustworthy and dependable. I pay around 1.5 per house foot for walls, ceilings, closet, base, basic drywall repairs. I like sherwin Williams paint or behr and two coats unless you use a paint that makes one coat really work. My last painter worked together with me for 9 years.
