Responsibilities : Assist in Effectively and Efficiently Managing Vehicle Inventory: Responsible for preparing vehicles for sales appts and are in show room ready condition. Run through/perform reconditioning tasks on newly arrived units. Manages and updates all used vehicle inventory as needed. Maintains a smooth and timely workflow of all used vehicles through the reconditioning stage. Performs Quality checks to ensure vehicles meet our standards. Maintains facility's appearance to include the service bay, main building and grounds Multi-task in a high energy, fast-paced work environment Manage sublet work relationships, holding vendors accountable for on-time delivery at negotiated rates Coordinates In-House Vehicle Prepping and Photography: Coordinates daily workflow by locating and prepping vehicles as well as photographing vehicles for online listings. Provides a minimum of 20 quality photographs that highlight the uniqueness of the vehicle. Assists Management in Department Coordination: Performs Quality checks to ensure vehicles meet our standards. Attends and contributes to daily Reconditioning Team Meetings Assists with ordering parts, logging receipts and assists our mechanics when an extra set of hands is needed. Qualifications : MUST be team oriented, we have a very tight organization. MUST be the hardest worker in the room. Passionate about the Automobiles, Self Motivated, Must be an Overachiever Willingness to learn and take on challenges Extremely Organized Proficient in Email/Computer Skills Automotive experience a plus Current Arizona Driver License with clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record
