I am beginning my search for a nanny/sitter. I have 2 boys that are school age and another boy due in early October. The person I am looking for would mainly be responsible for infant care, secondary may be school pickup. Main duties would be taking care of the new baby, things like diaper changes, feeding and general supervision/entertainment. Must be ok with dogs, as we have 4. We plan to cloth diaper, just not overnight, while out or for naps. I work from home and plan to nurse so I may be able to feed the baby that way, as well. Housekeeping/ meal prep is not expected. Laundry is not expected either. Schedule would likely be 3 to 5 days a week, it may vary for the hours due to my husband's line of work. He is in retail management and his weekly schedule changes, typically he works weekends and is off 1 or 2 days during the week. We will try to make sure to make the weeks schedule available no later than the previous week. Pay DOE, background, etc. $14+ an hour. I'm located in Buckeye/Goodyear, near Estrella Mountain Ranch.
