that allows rapid freedom from trauma, fears,
phobias, anxiety and other emotional issues.
EFT is a simple, self-administered
acupressure technique that involves
stimulating certain meridian points on
the body by tapping them with your
fingertips.
Tapping has been scientifically proven
to calm the amygdala (the fear center
of the brain) and reduce cortisol levels
in the bloodstream (cortisol is a
hormone associated with stress).
EFT can dramatically relieve emotional
disturbances along with many physical
symptoms, quite often in just minutes.
